Hardbody Harrison Norris , an ex-professional wrestler for now-defunct World Championship Wrestling organization in the 1990s, was convicted of charges including aggravated sexual abuse, forced labor, sex trafficking, conspiracy and witness tampering in a federal court in Atlanta. The formal army sergeant and veteran of the Persian Gulf War, was alleged of keeping eight women as sex slaves in his two north Georgia homes and forcing them to do prositituion. Natalee Holloway Murder Suspects Joran Van der Sloot and Kalpoes Brothers Re-arrested

Natalee Ann Holloway, born October 21, 1986, who is from Mountain Brook, Alabama, disappeared on May 30, 2005 during a graduation trip with 124 fellow graduates of Mountain Brook High School to Aruba.

As Natalee Holloway was last seen leaving with Joran van der Sloot, and his two companions, the brothers Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, in Deepak's car at about 1:30 a.m. on Monday, May 30, 2005, Joran van der Sloot and Kalpoes brothers had once become the prime suspects for Natalee Holloway homicide suspects. But due to the lack of evidence, the trio weren't charged or got any sentences.

Today November 21, 2007, Van der Sloot was re-arrested in Amsterdam, along with the Kalpoe brothers in Aruba, on suspicion of involvement in manslaughter and causing seriously bodily harm that caused the death of the 18-year-old American.

Update 1: Deepak & Satish Kalpoe brothers were freed on December 1.

Update 2: Hans Mos, the Aruba's chief prosecutor, said he will close the Natalee Holloway case by the end of the month (December, 2007) unless his office finds that there is enough evidence to charge someone with a major crime.

On Sunday, visiting Steelers fan Dawn Gottschalk unknowingly walked into the crowd where she says hundreds of men singled her out and screamed for her to show her breasts.

When Gottschalk refused, it got ugly. "They started yelling obscenities and throwing beer bottles. And spitting and it was really intimidating."

Pamela (Joan) Rogers, who was described as sex addict by a psychologist, was a former elementary school physical education teacher and coach in McMinnville, Tennessee. She had a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old boy, one of her students in Centertown Elementary School. During the three-month relationship, Rogers and the teen had dozens of sexual activities in the school, in her house, and in the teen's home.

Pamela Rogers faced 15 counts of sexual battery by an authority figure and 13 counts of statutory rape on February 4, 2005, but pleaded not guilty after she posted bail of $50,000.

On August 12, 2005, Pamela Rogers plead no contest to 4 charges of sexual battery. She was sentenced 9 months to the Warren County jail in Tennessee. During an 8-year suspended sentence where bans her from profiting from the case and being interviewed by the medias, she must also serve a term of 7 years and 3 months of probation, register as a sex offender, and surrender her teaching certificate for life.

On April 24, 2006, Pamela Rogers was arrested again on charges that she had sent text messages, nude photos, and sex videos of herself to the same boy while using her father's cellphone. She was also charged for communicating with the boy via online means. The judge ordered her to remain in jail until her next court hearing.

On July 14, 2006, Pamela Rogers was sentenced to 7 years in prison for violating her probation by sending explicit videos to her former victim and maintaining contact with him via online blogs. 

Rogers asked for mercy and apologized to her family and the teen's family saying tearfully to the judge (video below). But Circuit Judge Bart Stanley denied her request.

In January 2007, Pamela Rogers received two additional years of prison time after pleading guilty to sending nude photos of herself to the boy.

Pamela Rogers, born born July 1, 1977, married Christopher Turner, a High School basketball coach, in 2003. The couple were divorced 2005.

Three Boys, Ages 8 and 9, Charged With Rape of 11-Year-Old Girl At A Georgia Apartment Complex

The three boys -- an 8-year-old and two 9-year-olds -- whose names were withheld because of their age, were charged on Monday (Nov. 19) with rape and kidnap an 11-year-old girl on Nov. 15 at a Georgia apartment (Ga.) complex.

"The victim said they were playing outdoors and the girl was forced into a wooded area where she was sexually assaulted, where one of the boys raped her," Dennard told The Associated Press.

Cobb County District Attorney Pat Head said the boys could not be charged with felony crimes because of their age but could be tried for alleged delinquent acts that could place them in a juvenile facility for up to five years.

The next step will be for the court to schedule a hearing to determine how to proceed in the case, Head said.

Acworth Police Chief Mike Wilkie said one of the boys was accused of threatening to hit the girl with a rock before the alleged assault. Wilkie also said the investigation is "far from over," and investigators are looking into claims that after the alleged attack, the girl talked about it with her friends at a slumber party.

The girl's mother told WGCL-TV in Atlanta, "They do need to be taught a lesson because if they do it to her, they could do it to somebody else. And who knows when they become teenagers what they can do to other girls."

The case involves children from a working class apartment complex. Acworth, 30 miles northwest of Atlanta along the shores of Lake Allatoona, is a town of about 17,000.

Tony Harris Missing in Brazil

Tony Harris, a graduate of Garfield High School and a star player for Washington State University in the 1990s, vanished after going to Brazil on Oct. 31 to play pro basketball for a team in Brasilia. While U.S. and Brazilian officials began to hasten search efforts, Tony Harris' family has prepared for the worst.

Update: Tony Harris was found dead in the middle of a dense thicket in Brazil's central state Goias. Brazilian police believed Harris may have committed suicide but not rule out the possibility of homicide.

The Tawana Brawley rape allegations involve Tawana Brawley, an African American woman, who in 1987 at age 15 received national media attention in the US for accusing six white men, some of them police officers, in the village of Wappingers Falls, New York of rape. The incident soon became a media circus, promulgated primarily by Reverend Al Sharpton and by attorneys Alton H. Maddox and C. Vernon Mason. There were no indictments in an investigation conducted by a grand jury in October 1988, which cited a lack of evidence, concluding she had not been abducted, assaulted, raped or sodomized.

Today on November 18, New York Daily News reported that Glenda Brawley and Ralph King, Tawana Brawley's mother and stepfather want to press Gov. Eliot Spitzer and state Attorney General Andrew Cuomo to re-examine the November 1987 incident, which was concluded as a hoax.

Kathleen Savio, Drew Peterson's Third Wife Murdered

Kathleen Savio was the third wife of Drew Peterson, a Chicago police officer who just resigne. Kathleen Savio's body was exhumed recently because the authorities thought she might not have died of accidental drowning in the bathtub after Drew Peterson become the prime suspect for the disappearance of his fourth wife, Stacy Peterson. Now the examination by a former New York City chief medical examiner on Savio's body shows her death was a homicide, Fox reported.

"It is my opinion to a reasonable degree of medical certainty ... that it is a homicide," former New York City chief medical examiner Michael Baden said. "That is what I would have put on the death certificate."

Baden said signs of struggle including bruises on the hands, chest and abdomen still were fresh with purple discoloration but there were no fractures. Although there were no bruises on her arms, Baden believes she may have drowned by having her head pressed under water.

"I don't think there is any possibility this was an accident," he said. "I don't think there is any evidence this was a suicide."

Megan Meier MySpace Suicide

Megan Meier (picture left), a 13-year-old girl who committed suicide after being hoaxed by a couple who posed online as a 'cute boy' named Josh.

Josh contacted Megan on MySpace and began exchanging messages with her.

Megan, suffered from depression and attention deficit disorder, corresponded with Josh for more than a month before he abruptly ended their friendship, telling her he had heard she was cruel. Then she hanged herself in her bedroom the next day on Oct. 16, 2006, and died the next day.

Josh told her he was born in Florida and had recently moved to the nearby community of O'Fallon. He said he was homeschooled, and didn't yet have a phone number in the area to give her.

Megan's family learned later that Josh never actually existed; he was created by members of a neighborhood family that included a former friend of Megan's.

Now Megan's parents hope the people who made the fraudulent profile on the social networking Web site will be prosecuted, and they are seeking legal changes to safeguard children on the Internet.

Update: The hoaxer whose bully drove Megan Meier's suicide was revealed. She is Lori Drew (Laurie/Lorry Drew), the 48-year-old neighbor of Meier's family.

Norma Giannini, Chicago Nun Who Molested Two Boys

Be shameful! Norma Giannini deserves a maximum of 10 years for her indecent behavior.

A Chicago nun pleaded no contest Monday to molesting two boys at a church convent and school in Milwaukee where she worked in the 1960s.

Sister Norma Giannini, 79, had sexual contact with the boys, including sexual intercourse, a total of more than 160 times over four years while principal at St. Patrick's School in Milwaukee.

Giannini, a Chicago native, is a member of the Sisters of Mercy. She taught at several area Catholic schools, from Park Ridge to Oak Park, before working in Milwaukee.

Giannini, who will be sentenced Feb. 1, left the courthouse without comment. She faces a maximum of 10 years on each of the two counts of indecent behavior with a minor.

The photograph of apartment 5A at the Ocean Club in Praia da Luz shows the room where Madeleine was sleeping on the night she disappeared.

It was taken through the front window that Kate and Gerry McCann believe was used by their child’s abductor to smuggle out Madeleine.

Madeleine’s bed is seen pushed against the wall. Her twin siblings, Amelie and Sean, were also in the room at the time of the disappearance, sleeping in cots.

It is believed that the room has been left roughly as it was on the night of the four-year-old’s disappearance as the police investigation continues.

While the Portuguese police thought Madleine McCann had been dead, a UK tourist believed he may have seen the missing girl while on a trip to the Roman Catholic shrine of Medjugorje in Bosnia on November 1.

The man, from Fermanagh in Northern Ireland, was said to have became suspicious after seeing a little blonde girl with a dark-haired couple, who he felt could not be her parents.

He said the couple were speaking a foreign language and yet he heard the girl cry out in English.

"My blood ran cold when I heard her cry, 'I want my Daddy'," he said.

David Ajemian, a priest in Archdiocese of Boston, has been arrested for allegedly stalking talk show host Conan O’Brien (pictur above) after several threatening notes were mailed to the Emmy-winning comedian.

David Ajemian, was arrested on Friday when he tried to attend a taping of NBC’s “Late Night With Conan O’Brien” program at Rockefeller Center, the police said. The 30-second clip, which Amanda Knox, 21, posted on the internet video-sharing website YouTube, shows her chatting with three male friends, as she is filmed by a female in what appears to be a university kitchen.

Slurring her words, giggling and swaying as she talks to the camera, Amanda appears to be protesting that she has drunk more than just a single shot of alcohol.

Amanda Knox Is the Murder Suspect of Meredith Kercher

As a language and creative writing student, Amanda Knox wrote enthusiastically on the social networking site MySpace about her new life studying Italian in Perugia. She, together with her Italian boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito, is among three university students being detained for questioning by Italian police in the brutal stabbing death of her 21-year-old exchange program roommate Meredith Kercher, a third-year student at Leeds University in England.

Finnish Jokela High School Shootings, Gunman Warned on Youtube

An 18-year-old gunman killed eight people at a high school in southern Finland on Wednesday Nov. 7, then shot himself but survived, police said.

They said the high school's principal was among the dead.

Police said the gunman, who used a .22-caliber pistol, was taken to hospital with serious wounds and the situation was ``under control'' after officers surrounded Jokela High School in Tuusula, some 30 miles north of the capital, Helsinki.

It was the first known school shooting in Finland, where gun ownership is fairly common by European standards, but shootings are rare.

Medical response leader Eero Hirvensalo told The Associated Press that one person had been ``severely injured'' while 10 people had minor injuries.

Finnish media reports said the shooter had revealed his plans on the video Web site YouTube.

A posting titled ``Jokela High School Massacre'' showed a picture of a building by a lake that appears to be the school, along with two photos of a young man holding a handgun. The person who posted the video was identified in the user profile as an 18-year-old man from Finland. The posting was later removed.

The profile contained a text calling for a ``revolution against the system.''  

Kim Kiuru, a teacher at the school, said the principal had announced over the public address system just before noon that all students should remain in their classrooms.
